Still for iPhone

One task.
Nothing else.

Protect one intention from distracting apps while you work.

Still is built around a simple idea: decide what deserves your attention, give it a block of time, and make distraction a deliberate choice instead of a reflex.

The focus ritual

Choose one intention. Protect the time around it.

01

Write the thing that matters now.

Start with one intention, not a project board or a pile of tasks.

02

Choose a focus window.

Pick 25, 45, 60, or 90 minutes. Still keeps time from the session’s actual start and end dates.

03

Choose distractions, if you want blocking.

Use Apple’s Screen Time controls to choose apps, categories, or websites you want out of the way.

04

Start focus.

Your intention stays visible. If protection is active, selected distractions use Apple’s system shield.

05

Make access deliberate.

Return to focus, or explicitly end the session. Still does not hide a temporary bypass behind a “just this once” button.

06

Reflect, then move on.

When the session ends, answer one question: did you finish what you intended? Yes, Not yet, or Skip.

What Still is

A focus app built around intention, not productivity theatre.

No streaks. No scores. No badges. No weekly productivity dashboard.

No projects, subtasks, AI coach, motivational quotes, or endless setup.

Still opens around one question: What deserves your attention?

Screen Time protection

Blocking is optional. Focus is not.

Still uses Apple’s Screen Time APIs when you choose app blocking. You select the distractions. Still applies those choices during the session when permission and configuration allow it.

If Screen Time access is unavailable or you choose nothing to block, Still remains usable as a timer-only focus session.

The interface always tells you the truth: Protection active only when protection is actually active, otherwise Timer only.

Privacy by architecture

Your focus should not need an account.

Still is designed to work without a user account or cloud sync. Your intentions and session history are stored locally on your device. Screen Time selections use Apple’s privacy-preserving system APIs.

The point

Protect the decision you already made.

Still is not trying to turn your day into a game. It gives one decision enough friction to survive the next impulse to open something else.
